Fast Order Processing

The majority of orders are processed and shipped the same day. Our goal is to make sure you receive your beautiful findings and beads without unnecessary delays.

Order Cut-Off Times

• Orders placed before 1 PM (Mon–Fri) ship the same day
• Orders placed after 1 PM (Mon–Fri) will ship the next business day
• Orders placed after 1 PM on Friday or over the weekend (Sat–Sun) will ship on Monday
• If Monday is a holiday, orders will ship the next business day

Shipping Methods & Timing

Please keep processing times in mind when selecting your shipping method at checkout.

• UPS Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day are guaranteed delivery services (once shipped)
• All other shipping options provide estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed
